Private by design: how your data flows
No Google login, no background reading, no content stored on our servers. Here is exactly what happens when you ask a question.
You ask
You type a question or click an action. If the page chip is on, the extension reads the current email, document, sheet or page through your existing browser session.
We relay
Your request goes over HTTPS to our API server. It checks the anonymous daily counter and forwards the request — it doesn't save the content.
AI answers
The AI provider (OpenAI GPT-6.1 via OpenRouter) generates the answer, which streams back to your side panel and is stored only in your browser.

Why no Google login?
Many AI tools ask for OAuth access to your Gmail or Drive, which lets them read your account at any time. GPT-6.1 Workspace takes a different approach: it works only with the tab you have open, through the session your browser already has, and only when you ask. No tokens to your Google account ever leave your computer.
Browser permissions, in plain language
- Side panel — shows the assistant next to the page.
- Storage — keeps your chats and settings on your device.
- Context menus — actions when you right-click selected text.
- Scripting & active tab — read the page or insert an answer when you ask.
- Clipboard write — copy answers and paste them into Docs and Sheets.
- Access to Gmail, Docs and Drive — show the AI buttons there and read the open file when you ask.
- Optional access to other sites — requested only when you use the assistant on that site.
No analytics, no ads
